Home again

We are home now. Back in good ole Hawaii. Marilee is under the weather however. Will post more when she is better.

Back in Simi Valley

We had a great visit in Victorville, Hesperia and Apple Valley. We saw everyone. We have many relatives that live in the 3 citys. We decided to park the RV in Hesperia at Gail and Johns home, they have over an acre and will take good care of it.

We will post pictures of the trip when we get back to Hawaii.

Back in Simi

Leaving Berkeley

After leaving Oregon, we went to Carson City, NV, to visit Grandma Laura, my Mom. She is doing great.
We gambled at the Golden Nugget and won a little cash. We wanted to see the Marino Clan but they had an important volley ball game to attend. You go, girls! We called Scott but he was not around. Maybe next time we will catch everyone home.

We traveled back to Berkeley. Made a great tasting vegetable soup with Donovan and Aimee. We will miss them. They are a lot of fun.

We will be heading toward Victorville, the high desert, in the morning. We will be updating our weblog in a few days again.

Crater Lake

We all went to Crater Lake today, it was beautiful. We had a great picnic lunch that Jude made and stopped at Becky's Restaruant and picked up a coconut and blueberry pie... Yummy

We Made It

We made it to Jude's in Oregon. She looks great, it has been almost 2 years since we said Aloha to her in Hawaii. We also got to see Popeye again. He is so happy being with Jude. He was also happy to see Ed and myself. I was so worried he was going to be mad at us, but he is all over us, that makes me feel so good.

Judes new home is perfect. She is really happy here and she bought the best house . I will post pictures of jude, her home and Popeye soon.

We will be seeing a lot of Oregon the next few days, and I will take pictures...

We had a great time in Berkeley with Donovan and want to thank him for all his help and we will be back in Berkeley in a few days.

Oregon bound

We are off to see Jude and Popeye in Medford Oregon. We plan to stop for the night in the Redwoods somewhere. We had a great time at Donovan's & Aimee's in Berkeley.

Cruzing in Berkeley

We finally arrived in Berkeley. Donovan and Aimee love the old Grummy. We had a smooth trip up from Simi Valley. The RV runs great, what can I say? Keeping our fingers crossed, next stop Oregon...
One nice thing is that the RV has speed control, and it makes driving much nicer.
Donovan's house was built in 1899, it is beautiful for being over 100 years old.

Aloha all,

Ed's brothers Wayne and Kenny are checking out our 1970 Grumman motorhome, to make sure it is road safe for our trip. They are also teaching Ed about rving. Great brothers, huh?

Here we go....

Can't wait to see Marie-Theraes, Dion, Brandon, Christian, Dylan, Donovan and Aimee. And everyone else too. As you can see we have alot of catching up to do.
